Lorena was a pleasure to work with. She represented us very well and made the deal work out between us and the owner. She is very professional in everything that she does and I would recommend and use again if needed her services as a realtor agent.

Lorena is a brilliant real estate professional with high interest in giving the best of her experience to clients. She is knowledgeable and deeply committed to get good results on behalf of her clients. Definitely I'm satisfied and completely happy with the service she provides....I recommend her 100% as the best realtor in Florida State.

Lorena is amazing! Highly recommended she is the one and only Florida real estate agent that took the time to work with us! She is VERY patient to say the least and will do whatever it takes to find the right property for you. This girl works hard and I am so happy I found her she is a God send. We are still currently working with her to find a property for my family to move to in Florida, we currently live in NH and she's still going out of her way to find it! She is too notch! I will recommend her to everyone.

My husband and I have been searching for a home for our little family for over a year. She has remained patient, SO helpful, and her communication is always perfect. It doesn’t matter what time you need her, she will respond to you right away via text, email, or phone call. When we finally closed on our dream home, she was there every step of the way. She even took care of our two little ones while my husband and I signed our documentation. She will be or realtor for life as well as a friend.

Excelente servicio como siempre. Somos inversionistas y ya son mas de 5 años contando con Lorena para comprar, rentar o vender propiedades en Kissimmee FL. Se ha ganado nuestra confianza y la recomiendo 100%

If you’re looking for a Realtor who will go above and beyond, I highly recommend reaching out to Lorena ! We have trusted in Lorena twice for buying and selling our home. She is dedicated and honest with everything and anything that you ask her. She uses every resource available to find what you are looking for. Sometimes the situations we get placed in are not the best or ideal in the moment, Lorena never failed to make the process as easy and comforting as possible. I plan on using Lorena for many more years to come and I could not be more grateful for the help she provided for me and my family.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with Lorena. Selling my property was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever gone through. There were so many obstacles, unexpected issues, and hoops we had to jump through just to get to the closing table. There were several moments when I honestly wasn’t sure if we were going to be able to get the sale completed but through all of it Lorena never gave up on me or the sale. She was patient, understanding, and constantly worked to find solutions when things seemed like they were falling apart. She went far beyond what I would ever expect from a realtor. What really showed me the kind of person she is happened at the very end when I was short on the money I needed to fulfill my responsibilities and close the sale, she actually put money out of her pocket to help us get to the closing table. She absolutely did not have to do that, and I will never forget that she was willing to go that far to help us. This wasn’t just a realtor doing a job she genuinely cared about helping us get through a very difficult situation and see the sale through to the end. She went above and beyond every step of the way, especially when things became difficult. If you’re looking for a realtor who will actually stand by you, fight for you, and go the extra mile when you need it most, I highly recommend you hire Lorena Moscoso. I’m extremely grateful for everything she did for me and my family, thank you.
